Would you like to spend a season in the Stockholm archipelago – on an island where every day becomes a memory? We are looking for seasonal staff for the summer and are seeking people who enjoy hospitality, a fast pace, and teamwork. Accommodation is available on the island if needed.

At Idöborg, you work in the middle of the archipelago, with the sea as your neighbor and a team that really pulls in the same direction. Here, the workdays are practical, social, and varied—and you get to help create experiences that guests will talk about long after they leave.
This is a seasonal job that suits you if you like taking responsibility, enjoy working with people, and want a summer filled with energy and nature.
We are looking for
We welcome applications for both junior and senior positions – from regular seasonal staff to supervisors and management positions.
You will greet guests, assist with serving/bar duties, maintain order, and contribute to a warm atmosphere. You are quick, clear, and enjoy going the extra mile.
You will assist with preparations and service, keep things clean, and work efficiently as part of a team. Experience is an advantage, but the right attitude and drive are more important.
You notice details, like order, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You help with rooms/cabins and common areas, ensuring that everything always feels fresh and welcoming.
For those who are handy and enjoy practical tasks. You will assist with simple repairs, logistics, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly on a daily basis.

You are service-oriented and enjoy working with people.
You are responsible and punctual
You enjoy working in a team, but can also take initiative on your own.
You enjoy the fact that the pace is sometimes fast.
You communicate in Swedish and/or English
Experience is an advantage, but attitude and drive are most important.
