Swimrun safari around Långskär with Idöborg in the Stockholm archipelago

An archipelago adventure in the water and over the cliffs

Embark on a unique swimrun adventure in the beautiful archipelago environment around Idöborg. We start from the island and make our way over to Långskär, Björkkobben, and Böteskobben before rounding Långskär and returning. The total course is approximately 5.5 kilometers and offers varied terrain—partly unpaved—as well as swimming distances of 50–100 meters, with a longer start and finish of around 300 meters.

The pace is adjusted to suit the group, so both beginners and experienced swimrunners can participate and enjoy the experience.
