Yoga retreat with Ulle and Jennifer

During this weekend, we want to let you take a break from everyday life and just focus on yourself. We fill the days with dynamic yoga flows interspersed with calm yin yoga and meditation, all with the aim of relaxing and recharging your batteries.

The yoga we do is suitable for both experienced practitioners and beginners. There is also the opportunity to go for walks, enjoy pleasant conversations, use the sauna, take a winter dip (!), or perhaps read a book.

The food we eat is vegetarian and prepared with great care in the small kitchen of the turn-of-the-century house in Idöborg.

Idöborg is located in the Stockholm archipelago, about a 50-minute trip by Waxholmsbåt ferry from Stavsnäs. We will take the evening ferry out (around 5:30 p.m.) on Friday and the taxi boat home on Sunday (around 1:00 p.m.).

The yoga instructors are Ulle Rylow Jonell and Jennifer Key. They work in Stockholm and are certified by the Yoga Alliance.
