Over the weekend of October 9–11, 2026, Spiritbird invites you to this year’s fall retreat, featuring yoga, breathing exercises, meditation, body therapies, sea bathing, sauna, nature, silence, reflection, and nutritious vegetarian food.
It will be a much-needed break from the pace of everyday life—with the cozy charm of fall, a sense of presence, and renewed energy in every aspect of your being.
The Spiritbird Fall Retreat is led by Jenni from Spiritbird, who is hosting a retreat at Idöborg for the 10th year. With warmth, love, and an eye for both the big picture and the details, she guides the weekend’s yoga activities and the retreat experience.
Annamaria will also be joining us this weekend, offering therapeutic massage and Reiki treatments for an additional fee. In the evenings, she creates a sense of deep relaxation through sound healing using gongs and singing bowls.
The food is prepared by Anna from Betula Vita, the retreat’s yoga chef. Her food is described as pure “kitchen healing” for both body and soul.
The program is extensive and includes a variety of holistic practices throughout the weekend.
An invigorating morning session before breakfast featuring asana, pranayama, and meditation. A cleansing and energizing way to start the day.
Peaceful afternoon sessions filled with stillness, slowness, and recovery. The focus is on grounding, softening, and letting go.
An outdoor practice in the middle of the day, where we draw energy from the forest, the sea, and the sky when the sun's light is at its strongest.
After dinner, you can enjoy a sauna and a swim in the moonlight under the starry sky.
The evenings conclude with healing sounds and vibrations as we prepare for the night’s rest and silence.

Arrival is on Friday afternoon, and departure is on Sunday afternoon.
The easiest way to get to Idöborg is by taking the Waxholm Ferry from Stavsnäs’ winter harbor.
SL buses run to and from Slussen. For those arriving by car, there are plenty of parking spaces near Stavsnäs Winter Harbor.
The retreat package includes full board and the entire comprehensive program of holistic practices.
