The Winter Reset

A weekend of yoga, breathwork, meditation, sauna, cold water dips, delicious food, and deep connections, hosted by Madeleine Auvinen.

She is an Amsterdam-based life coach and yoga teacher with a passion for holding space and empowering her clients to explore their full potential and make their dreams into reality. As a yoga teacher, she aims to create a space for her students to explore, connect, and find peace within themselves.

During the retreat, Madeleine will offer a mix of energizing breathwork and Vinyasa classes, as well as grounding meditation, introspection, and Yoga Nidra. She will also host a manifestation workshop, allowing you to cultivate your desires and start the new year with abundance and clear intentions.
