Surrounded by the sea and a peaceful environment, you will enjoy three whole days of ManaYoga® – Functional Medical Yoga, deep breathing, inspirational lectures, healthy homemade food, massage, sauna, and time to yourself.
The yoga classes are led by YogaMana founder Madeleine Wilhelmsson and held at Idöborg's newest facility, "Ögonblicket" (The Moment), with magnificent views of Nämdöfjärden and beautiful sunsets to the west.
Yoga consists of breathing exercises, relaxation, gentle movements, and meditation, which anyone can participate in, regardless of previous experience.
The exercises we do are designed to awaken your life energy and create flow in both body and mind. These ancient techniques—now confirmed by modern research—help you break down limiting patterns and replenish yourself with new strength, clarity, and calm. You will gain knowledge for life and a treasure trove of self-healing tools to carry with you long after the retreat is over.
3-4 yoga sessions per day: Let YogaMana founder Madeleine Wilhelmsson guide you through deep, calm, and nourishing yoga classes and meditations.
An inspiring 2-hour workshop: Emma Westbergs shares her knowledge on how you can improve your gut health from within using simple tools, and how breathing is an important key to better well-being. The session ends with Breathwork, which deepens relaxation, strengthens self-healing, and reconnects you with yourself.
Me time: Relax with rest, walks, and reflection in a peaceful archipelago setting.
Sauna and bathing: Relax in the newly built sauna with panoramic sea views and treat yourself to a refreshing dip in the sea.
Silence: Practice inner presence, as we practice complete silence for several hours.
Massage treatments: with an experienced therapist (booked and paid for separately on site).
During the weekend, we further boost our bodies and minds with homemade vegetarian food free from milk, gluten, and sugar.
🌙 Who is it for? Everyone is welcome, regardless of previous experience with yoga. The retreat is perfect for those who want to deepen their yoga practice in medical yoga or just take a break from everyday life to recover in a calm and healing environment.

Madeleine Wilhelmsson is a trained civil engineer, teacher, and therapist in medical yoga with a specialization in stress management. She has been teaching yoga since 2010, often demonstrating yoga exercises in several of our major daily newspapers and lecturing on yoga and meditation. Madeleine is the founder of YogaMana Stockholm as well as the acclaimed training program for certified self-healing therapists.
Emma Westberg is a certified health therapist, self-healing therapist, NLP Business Practitioner, and Breathwork Coach. She has a background in PR and communications within EU institutions and now runs the company Holistic by Emma, offering health coaching and breathwork. She is the founder of the You Gut The Power program, which helps women heal from stomach problems, and the Mind Your Breath method.
