Almost Motownis a ten-piece band that brings out the grooviest gems from Detroit, Chicago, New York, and the sunny days of the South during the 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s. Black Soul in a 21st-century Swedish style!
The band consists of three powerful singers who take turns leading, backed by guitar, bass, drums, keyboards, and a full horn section!
Almost Motown are regular guests at classic and contemporary music venues in Stockholm such as Stampen, Engelen, ss/Blidösund, Lasse i Parken, Melodybox, and Himlavalvet, but they also enjoy playing at other establishments, festivals, and events.
