As nature comes to life, you’re invited to unwind and recharge in a wonderful setting with yoga and gong sessions.
Surrounded by the sea, you’ll spend three full days enjoying ManaYoga®—Functional Medical Yoga—deep breathing, gong baths (sound baths), wholesome homemade food, massages, the sauna, and some “me time.”
The yoga classes are led by YogaManas founder Madeleine Wilhelmsson and are held at Idöborg’s newest facility, “Ögonblicket,” which offers magnificent views of Nämdöfjärden and beautiful sunsets to the west.
Yoga consists of breathing exercises, relaxation, gentle movements, and meditation—anyone can participate, regardless of prior experience.
The exercises we do are designed to awaken your life energy and create flow in both body and mind. These ancient techniques—now confirmed by modern research—help you break down limiting patterns and replenish yourself with new strength, clarity, and calm. You will gain knowledge for life and a treasure trove of self-healing tools to carry with you long after the retreat is over.
Let YogaMana founder Madeleine Wilhelmsson guide you through deep, calm, and nourishing yoga classes and meditation sessions.
You’re invited to experience deep relaxation and recovery at the cellular level with a 2-hour gong bath and a 1-hour session for better sleep led by gong master and yoga teacher Mattias Sundman.

“Going on a retreat with YogaMana to the archipelago is the best gift I’ve ever given myself. I was completely stressed out, sleeping poorly, and had absolutely no energy left. The yoga we practiced was magical, and so much happened—both physically and mentally. On top of that, we were surrounded by the ocean and beautiful nature, enjoyed delicious, healthy food, and attended inspiring lectures—all in perfect balance. My energy and joy returned. I brought home tools that I still use today.”
