A warm welcome to a spring weekend at beautiful Idöborg.

Linn leads Yoga and Soma Move in Dojon the beach. Wood-fired sauna and spring-fresh bathing for those who wish. We eat delicious food carefully prepared in the turn-of-the-century house's kitchen. Massages and foot treatments are available to book for those who wish. Peace and quiet. A weekend dedicated to recovery.

Linn Edenroth Oké has been a certified yoga teacher since 2010 (Yoga Alliance’s 500-hour RYT), trained at the Nordic Yoga Institute, and is a licensed Soma Move instructor.
