Reset and Retreat with Jessica and Sarha!

This spring, we invite you to enjoy a truly restorative experience with yoga, exercise, sauna, cold bathing, kayaking, delicious food, and opportunities for wonderful socializing or time to yourself—all in the peaceful and beautiful archipelago setting of Idöborg in the Stockholm archipelago.

Sarha and Jessica come from different professional backgrounds, with Sarha having previous experience as a civil engineer in environmental issues and Jessica having previous experience in dance, where she has worked as a dancer and dance teacher. Their paths crossed because they both have a burning interest in exercise and health. They both have training in coaching, personal training, massage, and nutrition. For several years, they have also trained and worked as yoga teachers around Sweden.
