A warm welcome to an autumn weekend at beautiful Idöborg.
Linn leads Yoga and Soma Move in Dojon the beach. Wood-fired sauna and autumn swimming for those who wish. We eat good food, carefully prepared in the turn-of-the-century house's kitchen. For those who wish, massage and foot treatments are available to book. Peace and quiet. A weekend dedicated to recovery.
Linn Edenroth Oké has been a certified yoga teacher since 2010 (Yoga Alliance’s 500-hour RYT), trained at the Nordic Yoga Institute, and is a licensed Soma Move instructor.
