Linn & Idöborg welcomes you to a weekend in the archipelago, where yoga and deep breaths of November air will bring you peace, energy, and recovery.

The yoga house is beautifully situated overlooking the bay. The tranquility is palpable and the natural surroundings are beautiful. We practice yoga and enjoy ourselves, take saunas, and eat well.

Yoga is suitable for both beginners and those who have practiced yoga before. Soma Move is a form of exercise that involves more movement and strength.

Linn has been offering yoga classes since 2010 and breathing classes since 2002.

This is the third time she has returned to Idöborg for a yoga weekend. The yoga style is called Viryayoga (Virya is Sanskrit and means power or energy), which is dynamic with elements of meditation. Linn is trained through the Nordic Yoga Institute, 500 hours RYT, Profylaxgruppen, Conscious Breathing, and certified through Holistic Training/Soma Move.
