Most yoga teachers are regulars, and some have organized over 20 retreats with us. You can book directly through the yoga teachers, and you will find information and contact details on the event pages.

Idöborg offers everything you could possibly need for a successful retreat. From delicious vegetarian food prepared from scratch to theDojonmeditation hall with its magnificent sea views, as well as our wood-fired sauna on the island's southernmost cliffs.
The space is equipped with yoga mats, yoga blocks, meditation cushions, blankets, a sound system, and can accommodate up to 30 people for yoga at the same time. During the colder months, it's cozy to light the wood-burning stove, and in the summer, you can open the sliding glass doors and move out onto the large veranda outside.
If you would like to divide the group into two, give a presentation, or offer massages to participants, the room at Villa Solnedgången is Villa Solnedgången suited. Conference equipment is available, and the room can be furnished with both tables and chairs. We also have two massage benches that you can rent, including towels.
Our talented chefs help to make your stay at Idöborg perfect with well-prepared, varied, and very, very tasty food.
The chefs have extensive experience in vegetarian and vegan cooking and will work with you, the organizer, to create a menu that suits your needs.
Meals are enjoyed in Vita Villan's cozy dining room or, weather permitting, on the large veranda overlooking the sea and the lush garden. The generous breakfast buffet includes freshly baked bread and Idöborg's healthy porridge.
For snacks, you will be offered everything from raw balls to smoothies and sometimes fruit or berries from the island.
Each room shares a shower and toilet with 1-2 other rooms. We never accept more than one group at a time, so you will have all the facilities to yourselves.
Really large groups can also use our lovely little cottages equipped with their own kitchens and bathrooms.
To fill the time between yoga sessions, you can go kayaking, enjoy a wood-fired sauna, go for walks, take part in various outdoor activities, go on excursions to Bullerö or Nämdö, or simply just relax. Either way, you will leave us with more energy than when you arrived.
