As the seasons shift and the Stockholm archipelago quietens from a busy summer, join us on Idöborg for a weekend of stillness and emotional restoration.
Sarah Russell Felth will host you through gentle yoga, quiet meditation and sauna rituals.
As summer ends and the crisp salty air shifts to autumn we’ll ground ourselves in nature, walk in the forest and nourish our bodies with our chefs vegetarian menus. All food and drinks will be provided during your stay, including smoothies, fika, herbal teas and coffee.
Take this chance to pamper your mind and body in this beautiful location. Throughout the weekend we will use different locations on the island, the yoga studio overlooking the water, the wood fired sauna and the private beaches surrounded by forest. There’ll be soft blankets, flickering candles and dips in the Baltic Sea.
To reach the island you take a bus from Slussen to Stavsnäs Vinterhamn, then a ferry operated by Waxholmsbolaget. The ferry passes through the beautiful archipelago and takes 20-40 minutes depending on the boat you choose. Alternatively you can drive to Stavsnäs and park next to the ferry terminal. More travel information will be provided closer to the retreat.

Price and Info
Single room: SEK 7,800
Double room: SEK 7,300
The price includes everything except the boat trip to and from the island. This costs around SEK 130 per single trip and tickets are purchased on the boat.
Boat times and additional practical information will be provided closer to the retreat date.
