A weekend of yoga, breathwork, meditation, sauna, cold water dips, delicious food and deep connections, hosted by Madeleine Auvinen.
She is an Amsterdam based life coach and yoga teacher with a passion for holding space and empowering her clients to explore their full potential and make their dreams into reality. As a yoga teacher she aims to create a space for her students to explore, connect and find peace within themselves.
During the retreat Madeleine will be offering a mix of energizing breathwork and Vinyasa classes as well as grounding meditation, introspection and Yoga Nidra. She will also be hosting a manifestation workshop, for you to cultivate your desires and start the new year with abundance and clear intentions.
