This Christmas Eve, we are honored to welcome Staffan Hellstrand for an intimate sunset concert on a midsummer evening. Choose between purchasing only a concert ticket, a ticket including a concert dinner at Strandbaren, or an overnight package with meals and a concert ticket.

The event:

Staffan Hellstrand's long career has resulted in Grammis awards, Rockbjörnar awards, and immortal Swedish hits such as "Lilla fågel blå" and "Fiskarna i havet" – which he wrote for Idde Schultz. But also uncompromising albums with social commentary and clear stances. He released his first solo album, Hemlös, in 1989, after releasing three albums as the frontman of the post-punk band SH! The song "Fanfar" is a tribute to the ordinary person – performed by Helene Sjöholm, Mia Skäringer, Sofia Carlsson, Moa Lignell, Cookies 'n Beans, and others.

During the 1990s, he released seven acclaimed solo albums and specially written albums for Idde Schultz and Lena Nyman. This resulted in Grammy nominations six years in a row and two Grammy wins. And two Rockbjörnar awards for Song of the Year. The decade ended with him writing "Explodera" – the official song for the Swedish national football team in Euro 2000.

In the 2000s, he continued to release acclaimed albums, with Elektriska gatan and its anti-racist song "Romeo i Stocksund" becoming some of the most talked about. The song is quoted in Swedish schoolbooks. In November 2020, he released the concept album Mordet i Nürnbergbryggeriet (The Murder in the Nuremberg Brewery) and the book Du går alltid ensam – texter 1985-2020 (You Always Walk Alone – Lyrics 1985-2020).

Staffan Hellstrand has written numerous songs for other artists, from Lasse Winnerbäck, Olle Ljungström, The Latin Kings, and The Nomads to Lena Nyman, Bodil Malmsten, Lisa Nilsson, Sven-Ingvars, Eric Gadd, Uno Svenningsson, and many more.

4:00 p.m. – Taxi boat departs from Stavsnäs (NOTE: Optional when purchasing concert tickets and dinner).

4:00–7:00 p.m. – Concert dinner at Strandbaren. Three-course meal, choice of meat/fish/vegetarian on site. (NOTE: Optional when purchasing tickets).

6:30 p.m. – Taxi boat departs from Stavsnäs (NOTE: Optional when purchasing concert tickets only).

7:00 p.m. – Doors open at Ögonblicket. Drinks can be purchased on site.

8:00 p.m. – Staffan steps onto the stage.

21:20 – Afterglow and sunset.

10:20 p.m. – Taxi boat departs back to Stavsnäs (NOTE: Optional when purchasing tickets).
