You are warmly welcome to celebrate Sweden's National Day at Idöborg!
Between 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., we serve a summer buffet at Strandbaren. Enjoy live music with singer-songwriter and troubadour Peter Granström.
Price: SEK 495 per adult. Children's prices vary depending on age.
Cold dishes:
Couscous salad with carrots, parsley, cumin, chickpeas, and green peas
Tart pointed cabbage salad with feta cheese, sultanas, and walnuts
Herb-marinated asparagus with arugula and Parmesan cheese
Egg halves with cream cheese, shrimp, and dill
Cold-smoked salmon
Matjes herring with sour cream, chopped red onion, and chives
Skagen salad in a glass with lemon
Venison canapés with lingonberries
Freshly baked baguette with butter
Hot dishes:
Dill-boiled potatoes
Fried corn cobs
Fried cauliflower
Spicy roasted chicken thighs

Vegetarian hot options are prepared à la minute in the kitchen:

We also serve Idöborg's own organic coffee, "Fiskelycka," in collaboration with Karma Coffee.
Peter Granström is not only a wise poet and musical prodigy who moves freely between the veiled mysticism of art and the raging emotions of life – he is also Idöborg's own national poet.
On National Day, he invites you to an exclusive solo concert where he performs both his own works and interpretations of others' compositions. Wherever Peter performs, he is met with acclaim for his electric presence, evocative accompaniment, and double-edged phrases that amaze and shake the audience.
Peter Granström is not your typical troubadour.
